
Process of Review and Input
What was then the Office of Planning, Design & Construction proposed
in their Annual Report to the Dean's Budget Committee (DBC) several years
back that a project management fee approach be implemented. After reviewing
the
proposal,
the DBC
supported
this approach. On a pilot basis the approach was implemented on the CRCE and
IMPE auxiliary projects with the knowledge and consent of the Associate Vice
Chancellor for Student Affairs.
In December 2003 the concept was presented to the F&S Advisory Committee.
It was then included in the F&S Annual Report that was sent to the Committee
for input.
