The Chicago campus currently uses the following tiered rate structure:

The University of Michigan and Purdue charge a 2% project management fee
on total project costs. The Ohio State University charges a sliding scale
ranging from 1.25% on state funded projects to 1.5% on non-state funded projects.
Iowa State University assesses a flat 5% fee on total project costs for all
projects except utility projects and auxiliary projects for which the fee
is 2.5% since those projects are usually very large.
