November 2011 Project Selections
The 2011-2012 Academic Facilities Maintenance Funding Assessment Oversight Committee allocated $45M for deferred maintenance projects. Additionally, over $5.8M has been allocated through the UA Reserves. Another $1.5M of quick payback energy projects was allocated through the Revolving Loan Fund. Selections were made based upon life safety, energy conservation, student use, visibility, and other criteria.
