AFMFA 2009 Selections

The 2009 Academic Facilities Maintenance Funding Assessment Oversight Committee allocated over $26M for deferred maintenance projects. Selections were made based upon life safety, energy conservation, student use, visibility, and other criteria. A high priority was placed on energy reduction projects. Projects selected at the November 18, 2008 session include:

Lighting Retrofits   $3,400,000
Lincoln Hall - Renovation Contribution   $9,000,000
Psychology Building - Controls Renovation   $250,000
Retro-Commissioning   $1,500,000
Roger Adams Laboratory - Energy Recovery Units   $1,300,000
