| Description: Barricades will be placed at the Oak St./Kirby Avenue intersection and near the E-14 parking lot south entrance. Local traffic will be allowed. All entrances into E-14 parking lot and Garage and Car Pool will remain open. Thru traffic will not be allowed as this is a full closure. MTD bus traffic must be allowed to use Oak Street between St. Mary’s and the closure! MTD buses can not “turn-around” in the E-14 parking lot. |
