| Description: The traffic on Oak Street will be affected in that no west turns onto St. Mary's Road will be permitted. Only local traffic will be allowed east of Neil Street onto St. Mary's Road. Traffic will be able to exit the recycling center onto St. Mary's Road. |

| Reason for Closure: nstallation of telecommunication (CITES) underground ductbank--to serve the NCSA Petascale Computing Facility. The ductbank will be at least 10 feet deep at this location, causing a full closure as opposed to partial lane closures. Partial lane closures would double the time and not be physically feasible. |
