RE: Launch of WebVoucher system

The Billing Center WebVoucher system allows our departmental customers to access Invoicing Detail by C-FOAPAL, or by any component and fiscal month. For those customers who purchase products and services from Facilities & Services units, this provides the supporting detail for all transactions uploaded to Banner. Customers using WebVoucher can access, review, and print detailed GS Vouchers and MS Vouchers from Stores, Mail and Receiving, PJ Vouchers for maintenance and construction services, and Car Pool Vouchers from the Car Pool. In addition, we will continue to support the existing sites for PJ vouchers and CP vouchers as we have in the past. WebVoucher is an enhancement to those systems, not a replacement.

Printing Department PD Voucher details are now available online (as of May 1, 2006). Previously, PD voucher descriptions were available online, but not the transactional details. Now, all Printing departmental customers can view the supporting detail for all transactions uploaded to Banner. Using WebVoucher, customers can access, review, and print detailed PD Vouchers just as they have been able to do with the GS, MS, PJ, and Car Pool vouchers since the system was launched in 2004.

It is our hope that these additional services will improve the level of service our organization provides to our valued customers.
