RE: Launch of WebVoucher system

Effective June 1, 2004, Facilities & Services will provide a single contact point for billing and invoicing information for our campus customers. The Billing Center, led by Stacey Mitsdarffer, will be the first point of contact for customers with questions regarding the following:

• O&M PJ Vouchers
• Car Pool CP Vouchers
• Central Stores, Mail and Receiving GS and MS Vouchers
• Printing Department and Quick Copy QC Vouchers
• Parking Departmental Charges
