Delivery and Set-Up
Your vendor booth will contain a 6-foot table with electricity provided.
The I Hotel and Conference Center will accept deliveries of equipment, supplies, displays, or other materials (up to three boxes), three business days prior to the event. All packages must be labeled with contact name, event name, and event date. Packages will be delivered to the event space prior to the start of the event. Additional packages or oversized deliveries my incur additional service charges. The I Hotel and Conference Center reserves the right to refuse deliveries that are not clearly labeled or received earlier than three (3) business days prior to the event.
Set up can begin as early as 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2009.
