Welcome Back to The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign

The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Campus is honored to once again be hosting
the 2009 Big Ten Midwestern Transportation and Parking Conference. The Conference
will be held Sunday - Tuesday, May 3-5, 2009. We will be mixing the old with the new,
as we will be touring the beautifully historic but recently renovated Memorial Stadium and attending meetings, networking, and enjoying the atmosphere at the new and effervescent
I-Hotel.

Early Bird Registration has been extended through March 31, 2009!!!!

Meeting Registration:

Registration costs for this year's conference is $250 before March 31, 2009. Registration
costs include meals, meeting rooms, conference materials and promotional items. All participants are encouraged to register now for early-bird discounts. The final registration
date is April 24, 2009.

Hotel Reservations:

The AAA Four-Diamond Rated I-Hotel is a brand new addition to the University of Illinois
Campus and you may click on the above link to register at a special room rate for
conference attendee's of $109.00. Once there click on the orange "Attendee Code"
button and enter code "AUIP".

Vendor Registration:

Registration is now open to all vendors interested in participating in one of the most
exciting conferences this year. A registration fee of $550 includes one conference
registration, one vendor booth, and a quarter page ad in our conference booklet.
Additional vendor registrations are also available. Contact us for more Vendor
Sponsorship Information.

Business Attire:

Please remember that meeting attire is "Business Casual".
