Obtain LEED™ accredidation for Planners and Project Managers.
The Green Building Certification Institute manages the professional credentialing programs based on the LEED™ Rating systems including the LEED™ Accredited Professional (AP) certification. Facilities & Services currently has 25 employees that have passed the certification exam. This includes 45% of Planning Staff and 25% of Project Managers. Facilities & Services offers training and supports these efforts.
